What if I don't know the answer to a question while reviewing my license/certification/tracker (can I skip answering information)?

This article will explain what to do if you don't know an answer to a question during the review process on your dashboard.

While going through the review process, you may not have all of the answers for the updates handy or readily accessible, and that's totally ok!

If you don't have all of the answers easily accessible to you, you can always click the "Skip" button on the lower right-hand corner of the review screen. This will allow you to continue through the review process and answer any questions for other state licenses/board certifications/trackers. 

If you choose to skip answering questions for a particular state license, board certification, or tracker, you will still be unable to click into the dashboard card and see requirements. The system will be unable to generate the proper tasks and requirements for you until all of the questions are answered. 

 

Note: If you are only reviewing one state license, board certification, or tracker, and you choose to skip, you will be prompted with the screen below, and then you will be taken back to your dashboard.
