When your certificates, such as a BLS or ACLS, expire and you replace them by uploading a new certificate, the expired certificate will remain in your file cabinet. The expired certificates will be categorized under the Other folder. This will ensure that you, as a provider, still have them stored should you need them for evidence/credentialing in the future.
The newest certificate, once uploaded, will then be categorized and the tracker associated with that certificate will be up to date.
