Once you complete all of your tasks related to your license and you complete the "renew state license" task, your completed recertification cycle will move to the "Past Cycles" tab. Now you are able to activate your next recertification cycle.
When you activate your next recertification cycle, you will be asked a few questions pertaining to your new license. This ensures that Mocingbird can correctly generate the next cycle's requirements.
Once you have answered or adjusted this information and you click the "Save and Continue" button, your next recertification cycle will be generated with proper updates.
