What are locked tasks?

If a task is not within the time frame that a clinician can work towards completing it, our system keeps it in a locked state. A task will remain in a locked state until a clinician is able to work towards completing it. A locked task will automatically unlock when a clinician is able to work on the task.

Tasks are locked based on where you are within your current cycle's time frame. Most tasks will unlock on the date in which you renew your previous license, in which case you will be able to begin working on them at that point.

However, some tasks may be on a different due date schedule than when you renew your license.

For example: If your license recertification is due every 2 years, and you also have a task to complete a cultural competency training due every 6 years, your cultural competency task may remain locked until you are in the recertification cycle in which that task is due.
