The Mocingbird platform accounts for license expiration dates as well as renewal due dates for states where these two dates are different.
Some specific states (i.e. Rhode Island, Massachusetts, etc.) require licensees to renew their state license prior to their license expiration date.
If this is the case for one of your state licenses, on the Mocingbird dashboard, you will see an expiration date listed at the top of your state license card. In addition, you will see a task to "Renew State License", which will have a different due date based on the state rules applicable to that license.
You must renew your license on or before that date, however your license does not expire until the expiration date listed at the top of the state license card.
