Go to the *Dashboard *tab 2. Click on the state license or board certification, and find the specific task you marked as "Completed". You will need to click into the 'completed' task section to find the specific task. 3. To the right of task description and the "Completed" button, click on the three dots 4. In the dropdown, you are able to select "Undo Completion", to move a task back to be marked as 'to do', or "mark as exempt" if you selected that the task was completed but you were exempt from needing to complete that task for the current cycle. 5. The task will then be moved back to the "to do" state, until you complete that task ### App 1. Click on the *Home *button 2. Scroll to click on the state license or board certification, and find the specific task you marked as "Completed", this will be under the 'completed' tasks. 3. Click on the completed task, then click on the three dots to the right of the task box. 4. In the dropdown, you are able to select "Undo Completion", to move a task back to be marked as 'to do', or "mark as exempt" if you selected that it was the task was completed but you were exempt from needing to complete that task for the current cycle. 5.
