What to do after taking a CME Course?

Now that you have completed your CME course, there are three options to ensure that your Mocingbird profile will be updated accordingly.

Option One: Email it

1. Download or take a photo of your CME certificate of completion
2. Email the certificate to trackcme@mocingbird.com 
3. You’re done! Within 72 hours the Mocingbird team will sort your files, and notify you when completed via email.

Option Two: Upload on Website

1. Download or take a photo of your CME certificate of completion
2. Log into your Mocingbird profile on the website
3. Navigate to the file cabinet
4. Under Upload Documentation click “Click here to find files from your computer.”
5. Select the desired file and click “Open”
6. You’re done! Within 72 hours the Mocingbird team will sort your files, and notify you when completed via email.

Option Three: Upload on App

1. Download or take a photo of your CME certificate of completion
2. Log into your Mocingbird profile on the app
3. Navigate to the file cabinet, located under the “Files” tab
4. Click the blue “+” in the bottom right corner
5. Select if you want to Upload a File, Access Photo Library, or Take a Photo
6. Select or take a photo of the certificate
7. You’re done! Within 72 hours the Mocingbird team will sort your files, and will notify you when completed via email.
